There's a lot happening in your life, from college to relationships, to figuring out your future. If it matters to you, it matters to us. Nothing's too big or too small.
Consultations & Referrals

College life can be challenging with the stress from exams, adjusting to being away from home, or navigating friendships and life changes. A Wellness Checkup is a one-on-one meeting with a wellness professional where you can pause, reflect, and get support with whatever is coming up for you. It’s the opportunity to talk things through, explore what’s impacting your well-being, and walk away with helpful tools, ideas, and campus resources. Together, we’ll create a personalized wellness plan to help you feel more balanced, connected, and ready to thrive, both personally and academically. In-person and Zoom appointments are available and CALES Wellness Checkups are no-cost and confidential.

Sometimes you may need more consistent support to work through deeper challenges. Counseling therapy offers you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a licensed mental health therapist for more in-depth, goal-oriented support around mental health concerns like persistent anxiety, depression, grief and loss, past painful life events, or relationship challenges. Our CALES therapist, Nadia Zanger, LMFT, provides therapy in both English and Spanish. Nadia offers a welcoming, non-judgmental space to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward your personal goals. No-cost and confidential therapy sessions are available in-person or via Zoom, for students in Arizona.
Wellness Communities

Immerse yourself in a supportive community of like-minded students to experience shared growth and understanding with a licensed therapist and certified Mind-Body practitioner.

Forge meaningful connections with peers from across campus, share delicious and healthy meals, and elevate your well-being in the weekly CALES Elevate Evenings.
